​1. The Promoter

The promoter is RateUnity Pty Ltd (ACN 668 166 283), holder of Australian Credit Licence 554016, of Manly, NSW, Australia (“RateUnity”).

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to enter, you must:

(a) be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entry;

(b) complete the RateUnity mortgage review form at rateunity.com.au/apple-watch-competition, providing all requested information including your name, contact details, household income, and property/mortgage details;

(c) opt in to receive marketing communications from RateUnity; and

(d) not be a director, officer, employee, or immediate family member of a director, officer, or employee of RateUnity Pty Ltd.

3. Entry Period

The competition is open for entries from the date of publication until 11:59 PM AEST on 30 June 2026 (“Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit rateunity.com.au/apple-watch-competition and complete the mortgage review form in full, including:

(a) your first name, last name, mobile number, and email address;

(b) annual gross household income;

(c) property address and estimated property value;

(d) whether you are buying or refinancing;

(e) current mortgage value (or amount you wish to borrow);

(f) loan purpose (own home or investment);

(g) interest type and current interest rate (or best estimate); and

(h) loan repayment type and remaining loan term.

One entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries will not be accepted. Entry is free and no purchase is required.

5. The Prize

The prize is one (1) of the following, at RateUnity’s sole discretion:

(a) one Apple Watch (model and specifications at RateUnity’s discretion, approximate retail value $399); or

(b) a $399 Apple Gift Card.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the prize (or any element of it) becomes unavailable for any reason beyond RateUnity’s control, RateUnity reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on or after 30 June 2026. The draw will take place at RateUnity’s premises.

The winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details provided at entry within seven (7) days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, RateUnity reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The winner’s first name and suburb may be published on RateUnity’s website and social media channels. By entering, you consent to this publication.

7. Collection and Use of Personal Information

By entering, you consent to RateUnity collecting the information provided in your entry form. This information will be used to:

(a) administer this competition and contact you if you are the winner;

(b) conduct a mortgage review and provide you with a savings estimate;

(c) share your details with participating lenders or mortgage professionals to assess and progress your mortgage inquiry, where you have provided consent; and

(d) send you marketing communications including rate updates, savings tips, and RateUnity news, which you may unsubscribe from at any time.

Your information will be handled in accordance with RateUnity’s Privacy Policy (rateunity.com.au/privacy-policy) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

8. General Conditions

(a) RateUnity reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

(b) RateUnity’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

(c) To the fullest extent permitted by law, RateUnity excludes liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with the competition or the prize.

(d) Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

(e) These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
